2026 Shelby Super Snake Debuts with Supercharged 5.0 and 830 HP
Shelby’s longest-tenured model, its flagship Super Snake, will make its public debut at Barrett-Jackson during Arizona Auction Week. Luckily, we don’t have to wait to see the 830-horsepower beast; the images are already here.
According to Vince LaViolette, Shelby American vice president of operations and senior designer, “Our goal was to put supercar capabilities within reach of serious enthusiasts worldwide. We achieved that mission. The 2026 Shelby Super Snake is visually different from European cars, yet it can compete with them at half their price.”
Shelby will offer a naturally aspirated 2026 Super Snake with 480 hp, but the real performer adds a supercharger in the valley between the Coyote’s DOHC heads for more than 830 hp on 93 octane …
