For Sale: 1964-1/2 Ford Mustang Convertible (Wimbledon White, 170ci I6, 3-speed auto)
This Ford Mustang convertible was produced in July 1964 and was refurbished prior to the seller’s 2014 purchase. Power is from a 170ci inline-six paired with a replacement three-speed automatic transmission, and the car has been refinished in Wimbledon White with a white soft top over a blue vinyl interior. Equipment includes a trunk-mounted luggage rack, chrome bumpers, and a RetroSound Laguna stereo with Pioneer speakers. Service in 2020 reportedly consisted of refurbishing the carburetor and the installation of PerTronix Ignitor ignition. This Mustang is now offered with a car cover, service records, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.
