For Sale: 1966 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 (Wimbledon White, 289ci V8, 5-speed, 91K miles)

This 1966 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 was sold new by Hayward Motors in California on January 21, 1966 and remained with its first owner until his passing in 1984. The car was acquired from the second owner in 1989 by the current owner, who later sold and reacquired it in the mid-2000s. The 289ci HiPo V8 was fitted with a Paxton supercharger in the 1990s and is mated to a Tremec five-speed manual transmission. Finished in Wimbledon White with blue stripes, the car is also equipped with a Holley carburetor, front disc brakes, 15” Shelby/Cragar-style alloy wheels, black vinyl upholstery, and a fold-down rear seat. An included binder contains original sale invoices, service records dating back to new, SAAC registry correspondence, and other historical ownership documents. This GT350 shows 91k miles and is offered on dealer consignment with an owner’s manual, the removed four-speed transmission, and a clean California title.
