For Sale: 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback (black, modified, 347ci V8, 3-speed auto)
This 1965 Ford Mustang fastback was refurbished and modified during previous ownership with work including a repaint in black, an interior refresh, suspension and brake upgrades, a rear axle replacement, and an engine and transmission swap. The car is finished in black over a black interior and is powered by a 347ci Ford V8 crate engine paired with a three-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. The car was acquired by the current owner in 2018 and features 17″ Center Line wheels, adjustable QA1 coilovers, MagnaFlow mufflers, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, AutoMeter gauges, a RetroSound stereo, and a Vintage Air air-conditioning system. Recent service is said to have included replacement of the door seals and installation of a 750-cfm Holley carburetor with an electric choke. This Mustang fastback is now offered on behalf of the current owner with Rhode Island registration in the owner’s name.
