For Sale: 1965 Ford Mustang Convertible (Twilight Turquoise, 289ci V8, 4-speed)
This 1965 Ford Mustang convertible was acquired by the seller as a project in 1998 and was subsequently refurbished over the next four years. Work included a repaint in the factory shade of Twilight Turquoise, along with interior refreshment, a rebuild of the 289ci V8, and installation of a Flowmaster dual exhaust system, Rally-Pac gauges, 15″ Torq Thrust wheels, and more. Shifting is through a four-speed manual transmission, and additional equipment includes power steering, an AM radio, and a power-operated soft top. Approximately 3k miles have since been added by the seller, and the fuel tank was replaced this year. This Mustang is now offered with service records, removed factory parts, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.
