For Sale: 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback (black, modified, 289ci V8, 5-speed)

This 1965 Ford Mustang is a C-code fastback produced at Ford’s Dearborn, Michigan facility in September 1964, and it was acquired by the seller in 2014. The car was refurbished by its previous owner with an exterior repaint in black and rebuild of its 289ci V8, while work during current ownership included installation of a Tremec five-speed manual transmission, updates to the suspension, and a refresh of the black interior. Additional modifications include power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering, an air-conditioning system, a retro-look stereo, an aluminum radiator, aftermarket gauges, American Racing 17″ wheels, Wilwood disc brakes, exhaust headers, and a dual exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers. This modified Mustang is now offered with partial records and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name.
